Shipping Policy for Custom items and Wholesale items

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 3-10 business days from the time of purchase. Custom items are made to order, and this time allows us to ensure that each item is crafted with care and precision.
  • Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation email. You will receive another email once your item has shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the size of your order, and the chosen shipping method.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the US.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Domestic Shipping:

  • As of now we only ship within the US.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to weather conditions, holidays, or other external factors outside of our control.
  • If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your package and resolving any issues.

Damaged or Lost Items:

  • We take great care in packaging and shipping your custom items to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately using our contact page with pictures of the damage.
  • If your item is lost during shipping, please notify the carrier about package and not us. Once the package is shipped it is out of our hands and no refund will be issued.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address if the error is on the customer’s part.
  • If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately using our contact page so we can update it before shipping.
